We're so pleased you found us and look forward to sharing with you some fabulous places to visit outside of the Theme Parks, and make some adventures and create different memories:)

We are a family of four - myself and my two daughters moved to the area from the UK in August 2003 and my husband is originally from Chattanooga Tennessee. It has been an amazing place for us to live and it's wonderful to have at least some sunshine for even a little while each day:)
The idea for this website has been on our minds for a while. We have so many friends that visit from the UK (& other places), that only seem to visit the theme parks and don't step outside to see some of the real Florida or America. For many people the only place they will visit in the US is Florida and so most people don't get to see what we have to offer as a State or a Nation.
Where Central Florida sits it is considered subtropical, and so the landscape is generally different from what a lot of people would see on a regular basis. We have some unusual plants and animals and the history can be fascinating, and it's things like this we want to share with you:)
We will only mention the places that we would want any of our friends and family to visit, and that we have been to personally. Please keep in mind that we have quite a varied taste and find a lot of things interesting, but want to be completely honest to you as we want you to have the best experience possible.
